What do I get by becoming a member?

The Free Version

The free version of Ferly includes the first 7 day programme, the Guided Practice ‘Body Mapping’ and ‘Orgasms’ and two Sensual Stories ‘The Beach’ and ‘The Hotel’.

If you complete the free trial and do not continue into a subscription, these free options will remain unlocked after the free trial ends.

Ferly Premium

Ferly Premium unlocks our full library of guided practices, stories, personalised programmes and other features. You can access everything through the Ferly mobile app, available on iOS and Android.

The premium subscription includes:

  • Hours of guided practices covering mindful sex, self-compassion, libido, orgasms and more

  • Entire library of Sensual Stories, with new stories added every week

  • Personalised programmes created by world-renowned sexual wellness experts, with new packs released every month

  • In-app chat with sexual wellness experts who can help answer pressing questions

When will I be billed?

Once you’ve downloaded the app & signed up to Ferly, selected a membership tier and completed any relevant free trial. 

For monthly or annual renewals, you will be charged in the 24hour period before your subscription renews.

Can I change my membership tier?

If you want to change your membership tier, the following will apply:

Upgrading: Your subscription will continue until the renewal date, after which you’ll be renewed onto the higher membership tier going forward

Downgrading: Your subscription will continue until the renewal date, after which you’ll be renewed onto the lower membership tier going forward.

How much is a lifetime membership? 

Lifetime membership to Ferly is £399.99.

Can I apply the cost of previously purchased subscriptions toward my upgrade to a lifetime membership? 

No, the cost of a previously purchased subscription cannot be applied toward the lifetime upgrade because it is already heavily discounted.

 

I purchased a lifetime membership. How do I access it?  

Congrats! After purchasing, your account will automatically be unlocked with your lifetime access to Ferly premium content. 

Will my yearly subscription continue to auto-renew? 

If your yearly subscription was purchased through iTunes or Google Play, you will need to cancel the auto-renewal of this subscription through the application store on your mobile device.

 What if I change my mind? Will you refund my lifetime membership? 

We do not offer refunds on lifetime memberships. Please carefully consider whether this purchase is right for you!

How do I turn off auto-renewal or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Ferly subscription’s auto-renewal at any time by following the steps below, and you will continue to have access to the premium content until the subscription's expiration date.
Steps to end subscription auto-renewal from your Calm app:

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.

  2. Tap your name. 

  3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions", tap "iTunes & App Store" instead). 

  4. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions.) 

  5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 

  6. Tap Cancel Subscription
